About the role
Stellar International Company Limited, a subsidiary of RSIN Group, is seeking a Human Resource Supervisor to join their team in Abuja (FCT). The company operates three businesses: Recycling Ant, Ant Express, and Antshop Online. This is a full-time position focused on training and development within the HR function.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop various training programs, including new employee onboarding, skill enhancement, and leadership development.
- Communicate with different departments to identify and analyze their training needs.
- Create training plans based on company objectives and employee needs, and ensure their implementation.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in human resource management or enterprise management.
- At least 8 years of training work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a training manager, supervisor, or related position.
- Strong course design, evaluation, and implementation skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and training-related tools.
