About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Officer with strong recruitment skills to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation.
- Manage daily workflow, staff operations, and overall employee welfare.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing queries and time management.
- Develop and post job adverts across relevant recruitment platforms.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or Recruiter.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- HND/B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
