Elevated HR Limited is seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resource Manager to join a client’s leadership team in Jabi, Abuja. This full-time position focuses on overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, engagement, and compliance. The goal is to ensure the company attracts, retains, and motivates top talent to achieve business excellence.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership and staff to embed HR best practices across all levels.
- Develop and implement holistic HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create programs to enhance employee motivation, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Establish robust performance appraisal systems, including goal setting and feedback.
- Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.
- Design innovative recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and track workforce trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in HR leadership roles, ideally within the Financial sector or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, talent development, and HR analytics.
- Ability to influence and drive cultural change.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Professional Degree is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
