They are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Manager to join their team in Ibadan. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of ₦100,000.
Responsibilities
- Develop and post job adverts on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing queries and time management.
- Oversee daily workflow, staff operations, and overall employee welfare.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or Recruiter.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms.
