About the role
R & R Recruiting Services is a recruitment agency and HR management firm based in Shagamu, Ogun. They are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join their team on a full-time basis. The role involves supporting daily HR operations, from hiring to employee welfare.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, onboarding, and staff records.
- Track attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Assist with payroll inputs and maintain staff documentation.
- Handle employee relations and welfare matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role.
- Female candidates only.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure.
