Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records on the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work with managers to address performance and conduct issues.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback trends.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and interviews.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
- Manage onboarding, attendance, and performance processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in HR, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional HR certification is preferred.
