About the role
TeamAce Limited is recruiting an HR Manager to support a reputable organization in the climate-technology sector. This is a full-time position based in Maryland, Lagos. You will play a key role in managing human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee growth.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support employee relations, performance management, training, and staff engagement.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR generalist or other HR functions.
- Good knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and labour regulations.
- Proficiency in modern HR platforms.
- CIPM certifications are considered an advantage.
