About the role
Foremost Radiology Consultants Limited (FRCL) is a diagnostic healthcare facility dedicated to providing quality, reliable, and timely services, including radiology, laboratory, cardiology, and emergency transport. We are looking for a dynamic, digitally inclined, and forward-thinking individual to join our team as an HR Assistant / Intern.
This is a full-time position based in Surulere, Lagos. No prior work experience is required. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is proactive, agile, and ready to take initiative. This is a hands-on role involving practical HR activities, staff engagement, and administrative tasks, rather than a sit-down desk job.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on HR activities and support staff engagement.
- Handle administrative tasks, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Contribute actively to daily operations by thinking independently.
- Learn through practical experience and adapt to various tasks.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in HR and Management.
- Digitally inclined, forward-thinking, and a fast learner.
- Proactive, energetic, and organized.
- Must live in Surulere or a reasonably close location to allow for a consistent commute.
