About the role
Komaro Group is a diversified Nigerian conglomerate with operations in hospitality, lifestyle, consumer goods, and energy support. The group is headquartered in Delta State and is expanding into Lagos. They are currently seeking to fill four full-time positions for Housekeeping Managers in Warri.
Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate duties effectively.
- Conduct room inspections and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
- Manage linen control and inventory levels.
- Provide strong leadership and produce accurate reports.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in hotel housekeeping, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Female candidates only.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to high service standards.
