About the role
Philban Consulting Limited is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join their team in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort within assigned areas of the property. You will work as part of a collaborative team to ensure all housekeeping procedures are consistently followed.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to established standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and sanitize surfaces.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and minibar items as required.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and follow manufacturer guidelines.
- Handle guest belongings with care and respect privacy at all times.
- Support deep-cleaning activities and special projects when needed.
Requirements
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Understanding of cleaning and hygiene procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage.
