This is a full-time position where you will help drive strategic sourcing efforts and optimize procurement processes. The role requires a hands-on approach and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the procurement department and maintain financial process control.
- Work with key stakeholders to source quality products and resolve issues proactively.
- Develop and implement business strategies while ensuring performance is measured and reported.

- Oversee the purchasing budget and ensure all purchasing functions are controlled and audited.
