About the role
A reputable hospitality organization in Lekki, Lagos is looking for an experienced and organized Hotel Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring high service standards, and managing staff to deliver excellent guest experiences. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of N400,000 to N500,000.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Supervise staff, manage duty rosters, and support recruitment and training processes.
- Ensure prompt and professional guest service, resolving complaints and special requests effectively.
- Monitor daily revenue, operating expenses, and departmental budgets to control costs.
- Maintain clean, safe, and functional hotel facilities in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Analyze occupancy trends and recommend initiatives to improve bookings and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or HND degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily hotel operations.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
