Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Guide guests through the dining rooms and assist them as needed.
• Seat guests by finding clean, available tables and arranging chairs.
• Ensure place settings are appropriate, including napkins, clean silverware, and current menus.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas using clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, and guest safety.
• Move, lift, and arrange tables, chairs, and settings for groups.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and report any accidents or unsafe conditions.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience: No related work experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
