About the role
Shally Essence Scents and Cosmetics is a beauty and fragrance brand looking for a proactive and organized Hospitality Supervisor. You will oversee daily operations in Lekki, Lagos, ensuring high service standards and efficient facility management. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of N250,000 to N300,000, depending on your experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Train, guide, and motivate the team to maintain professionalism.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and well-presented.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and report preparation.
- A Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Candidates residing in Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, or other Lagos Island areas are strongly preferred.
