About the role
Nine Stars Agricultural Company Limited is seeking a proactive and organized Hospitality Supervisor to manage daily facility operations in Ogere-Remo, Ogun. This full-time position focuses on maintaining high service standards, overseeing housekeeping and janitorial teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for guests and staff. The role requires strong leadership skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Inventory & Supplies: Track consumption of cleaning supplies and amenities to prevent stockouts.
- Guest Operations: Manage daily hospitality workflows and resolve guest inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Team Supervision: Direct and monitor janitors, cleaners, and maintenance staff to uphold hygiene standards.
- Leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate junior staff to maintain high morale and discipline.
- Scheduling: Plan and manage balanced daily and weekly work rosters for optimal coverage.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections of reception, common areas, and restrooms to enforce safety and brand standards.
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, hotel, or facility management.
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and expertise in shift planning and manpower allocation.
- Age between 25 and 35 years old.
