About the role
Waldolf British Academy is a private school in Port Harcourt offering a British learning environment for Crèche, Nursery, and Primary levels. Responsibilities
- Lead school improvement initiatives and build a strong school community.
- Manage and mentor teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Oversee the implementation of both Nigerian and British curricula.
- Ensure academic standards and child development goals are met.
- Foster a conducive, secure, and creative learning environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an educational setting.
- Proven track record in school improvement and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of academic standards, child development, and character education.
- Good understanding of the Nigerian and British Curricula.
- Knowledge of ICT and a creative approach to teaching.
- HND, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A, or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates must reside around Rumukurushi, Igbo-Etche Road, Rumuokwurusi by Eleme Junction, Port Harcourt.
