Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and instructional leadership for the school.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the British Curriculum.

- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a school leadership role.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience with the British Curriculum.
- High proficiency in using digital technology for teaching, learning, and administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to improve teaching quality, pupil outcomes, and staff performance.
- TRCN registration and relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
