Responsibilities
- Develop periodic growth strategies and monitor performance against targets.
- Drive the achievement of daily orders, monthly revenue, and user onboarding targets.
- Ensure efficient operations across food delivery and e-commerce platforms.
- Implement user onboarding activities and campaigns across Lagos.
- Collaborate with teams to meet monthly and annual user and vendor onboarding goals.
- Oversee operations for vendors, shoppers, users, and logistics to ensure a seamless experience.
- Address customer care issues and resolve complaints promptly.
