About the role
ResumeSurge Consulting is recruiting a commercially driven Head of Real Estate Sales to lead sales operations and expand the client’s real estate business. This full-time position is based in Abuja (FCT) and reports directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and closing high-value transactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Identify, negotiate, and close high-value real estate transactions worth ₦500 million and above.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue and business growth goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate investors, and institutional clients.
- Establish sales KPIs, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue performance updates for executive management.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to facilitate successful transactions.
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership, preferably within banking, financial services, real estate, or another target-driven industry.
- Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and close individual real estate deals worth at least ₦500 million.
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, commercial awareness, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Location Requirement: Candidates must currently reside in Lagos and be willing to relocate permanently to Abuja. Relocation support is provided.
