About the role
Pro Connect Global Agency is a people-focused recruitment and HR solutions firm based in Abuja. We are looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function. You will drive people strategy, strengthen organisational effectiveness, and ensure the development of a high-performing workforce. This is a full-time position where you will align people initiatives with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning.
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to the executive management team.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and manage employee relations.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
- Drive the use of HR technology and data analytics to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, Microsoft Office, and HR analytics.
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
