About the role
PPC Limited is a Nigerian-owned engineering and infrastructure development company. We are looking for a Head of Engineering Sales (Building Services) to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position focuses on driving sales, managing teams, and developing business strategies within the building services sector.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to embed PPC’s portfolio in the market.
- Own the budgeting process for the vertical and deliver year-over-year financial goals.
- Allocate training, conduct field coaching, and identify talent gaps within the team.
- Build service and project management capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive engagement activities and develop proprietary integrated solutions.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Engineering or Project Management.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Business Development and Technical roles.
- Experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
- Knowledge of B2B markets and technical skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
