About the role
Access Bank Plc is seeking a Head of Lifestyle Management to join its Private Banking division in Lagos. This full-time position (Grade DM – MGR) focuses on coordinating bespoke lifestyle services for high-net-worth clients. You will develop strategic partnerships, manage concierge services, and execute high-impact engagement initiatives to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and deploy lifestyle products to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain engagement processes that promote client loyalty and brand standards.
- Manage the private client database and oversee strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the Group’s marketing and lifestyle-management budgets, ensuring compliance with business goals.
- Design and oversee all lifestyle-management process flows to ensure glitch-free onboarding.
- Deploy business-development strategies aligned with client-acquisition goals.
Requirements
- Education: First degree in any Business-related discipline.
- Certification: Relevant professional certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in banking.
- Skills: Strong partnership management, business development, leadership, event planning, vendor negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Competencies: Excellent communication, high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
