About the role
Join Hungerstation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, as a Vendor Performance Senior Specialist. You will focus on improving fulfillment performance and vendor operations to ensure a fast and reliable delivery experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly fulfillment metrics such as replacement rates, item availability, and order failure rates.
- Identify trends and recurring issues to drive corrective actions that improve customer and business outcomes.
- Reduce ‘Item Not Found’ and ‘Item Not Delivered’ cases by improving vendor stock feed accuracy and addressing order gaps.
- Optimize the replacement journey to increase acceptance rates and protect GMV.
- Analyze order failure reasons across vendor, customer, and logistics ownership to identify root causes.
- Act as the operational point of contact for vendor fulfillment issues, coordinating with Product and Technology teams to resolve incidents.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports to support operational continuity and decision-making.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an operational role.
- Strong knowledge of vendor operations.
- Ability to document processes and guidelines effectively.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets to highlight key insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
