About the role
Accor is seeking Saudi nationals to join the Tamayyaz Nationalization Development Program in Makkah. This full-time position is designed to help Saudi talents develop the skills and knowledge needed for hospitality careers. The program combines classroom learning with on-the-job training to prepare you for a Front Desk Agent role.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, handle check-ins, respond to requests, and settle accounts with exceptional service.
- Take initiative to create personalized experiences for guests.
- Promote hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance guest stays through up-selling.
Requirements
- Saudi nationality is required.
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant experience.
- Basic English skills are mandatory.
