Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead high-impact strategic projects. You will uncover data-driven insights and support key decision-making across the business. The company operates in around 65 countries and is headquartered in Berlin, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Track core performance metrics and analyze daily and weekly datasets to detect trends and flag anomalies.
- Design, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools.
- Track critical business indicators against targets and create structured reports for business reviews.
- Conduct granular regional and country-level analyses to identify operational bottlenecks and growth potential.
- Partner with managers to synthesize data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to help cross-functional teams refine commercial and operational strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, or a fast-paced tech startup.
- Strong experience in P&L analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency with data querying and visualization tools such as SQL, BigQuery, and Looker.
- Proven track record of structuring complex problems and synthesizing data into actionable strategies.
- Expert-level skills in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, with active use of AI tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence teams across multiple operational units.
