About the role
talabat is seeking a sharp and hands-on Senior Specialist to join the regional business team in Dubai. You will support the strategic accounts team by providing data-driven insights, creating engaging presentations, and improving operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a generalist who thrives in high-pressure environments and can manage multiple moving parts across different functions.
Responsibilities
- Insight & Strategy: Analyze diverse datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights. Lead the creation of quarterly and annual partner reviews using clear visual storytelling. Proactively identify growth opportunities and collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve contract issues.
- Partner Experience & Growth: Track partner investments and volumes against commercial agreements. Work with account managers and marketing teams to plan campaigns that deliver measurable impact for vendors. Resolve operational issues promptly to improve Vendor NPS and build trust.
- Program Management: Build strong relationships with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and stakeholders. Manage concurrent workstreams across sales, marketing, finance, and operations while ensuring timelines and partner outcomes are met. Regular travel to markets for planning and execution is required.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Economics, Business, or Statistics from a reputed institution.
- 4-5 years of experience in performance or program management at an internet-first or consumer-tech company.
- Extremely high proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides for data analysis and executive storytelling.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for simplifying complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to push back when necessary.
- Exposure to user engagement metrics such as iROAS, unit economics, and DAU/MAU.
- Strong commercial mindset to connect contracts, marketing, and partner experience into a cohesive operating model.
