About the role
Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee special projects and performance for its Q-commerce division in the MENA region. You will work with senior leadership and market teams to drive growth, improve profitability, and implement new AI-driven tools. This is a full-time position based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Performance & Analytics: Track Q-commerce metrics, build real-time dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- P&L Management: Partner with market teams on budgeting, forecasting, and tracking financial performance against targets.
- Special Projects: Lead strategic initiatives from scoping to delivery, including developing business cases for new products.
- Innovation & AI: Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and analytical workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, management consulting, or high-growth tech.
- Deep understanding of Q-commerce economics, including unit economics and delivery efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and financial modelling.
- Highly analytical with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the MENA region.
- Active use of AI tools to enhance productivity and analytical output.
