About the role
Join Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, to manage logistics performance in Bahrain. Your goal is to maintain operational excellence by monitoring key performance indicators and influencing business decisions. You will work with local and regional teams to design analytic solutions that optimize operations and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor KPIs and service level agreements to ensure high operational standards.
- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Identify and resolve logistics performance issues using data-driven insights.
- Propose improvements to logistics and other business functions.
- Use statistical models to detect trends and predict future performance.
- Create and enhance data visualization tools to support business goals.
- Manage the implementation and support of performance management projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a STEM field.
- At least 5 years of experience in analytical roles, preferably in tech start-ups or pricing.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
