About the role
Join the dynamic team at Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, nestled in the Al Hajar Mountains of Dibba. As a Server in All-Day Dining, you will be part of a global luxury network, delivering exceptional service to guests in a unique coastal setting.
Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, provide engaging service, and monitor satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, process payments via POS, and make appropriate menu recommendations.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, beverage lists, and current promotions.
- Standards & Hygiene: Ensure tables are set correctly, maintain cleanliness of service areas, and strictly follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams, and support colleagues to maintain a positive environment.
Requirements
- Previous Food & Beverage or restaurant service experience is an advantage.
- Point of Sale (POS) system experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
