About the role
ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join the Identity & Security team in Riyadh. You will act as a trusted technical and business advisor, working closely with sales to help customers solve complex identity, access, and security challenges. This position is part of a fast-growing team that values ownership and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to lead discovery, solution design, and technical validation for identity and security use cases.
- Deliver value-based demonstrations and serve as a technical authority during evaluations and proof-of-concepts.
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes such as reduced risk and improved compliance.
- Support complex sales cycles from early discovery through close, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Stay current on identity, security, and regulatory trends to inform customer conversations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a related technical role.
- Proven pre-sales experience with demonstrable knowledge of the Security Operations domain.
- Domain knowledge in core GRC areas, including identity governance and access management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel as required (typically 25–50%).
