About the role
Delivery Hero, the parent company of Talabat, is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Qatar. As a global leader in local delivery operating in around 65 countries, the company aims to deliver fast and easy experiences to customers. In this position, you will play a key part in the company’s growth by expanding its network of restaurant partners within your assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new restaurant partners through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Present Talabat’s value proposition, negotiate contracts, and finalize partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and activate new listings.
- Encourage restaurant partners to upload high-quality menu pictures to the platform.
- Implement promotions, coupons, and vouchers to boost sales growth.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback from partners to help improve platform services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in e-commerce, Q-comm, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Must be a native Arabic speaker.
- Resident of Qatar.
- A valid driving license and a car are mandatory.
