About the role
Delivery Hero, through its HungerStation brand, is seeking a professional to oversee rider onboarding, training, and incubation in Riyadh. You will support business growth by managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners and developing training curricula. This full-time position focuses on ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new riders to meet business demands and monitor 3PL KPIs.
- Support 3PL companies in resolving operational issues and obstacles.
- Prepare logistical plans for new service expansions and liaise with management on business developments.
- Analyze performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Resolve critical logistics problems related to supply and demand distribution.
- Manage the onboarding queue for shops and ensure internal processes are followed.
- Develop and modernize training curricula for riders and 3PL operators, covering app usage, safety, and customer etiquette.
- Deploy training materials via the HungerStation Learning Management System (LMS).
- Establish partnerships with external institutions and measure training efficacy through data.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or a relevant field.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and critically, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in analysis and reporting.
