Delivery Hero, through its Hungerstation brand, is seeking a Senior Specialist to enhance the rider experience in Riyadh. You will work within a global platform operating in 65 countries to ensure riders receive fast, easy, and reliable support. This position focuses on improving rider satisfaction, managing equipment, and fostering community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Rider Experience: Conduct onboarding sessions, resolve complex concerns, and track satisfaction metrics like NPS and churn rates.
- Equipment & Branding: Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and distribution logistics for safety and branding gear.
- Rider Engagement: Optimize communication channels and execute offline events and digital campaigns to boost morale.
- Loyalty Programs: Design and track benefit programs, rewards, and tiered incentives for riders.
- Governance: Follow company policies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
