About the role
Rixos Al Mairid, part of the Accor group, is looking for a dedicated Public Area Attendant. This position is crucial for keeping all public spaces clean and welcoming. You will help ensure that guests and staff enjoy a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout the property.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
- Assist guests with directions and basic inquiries to maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- Regularly check and restock restrooms with toiletries and supplies.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Empty trash bins and follow waste disposal policies.
- Perform scheduled deep cleaning tasks like carpet shampooing and floor polishing.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel protocols.
- Identify and report safety hazards or spills.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning areas for events.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
