About the role
Accor is seeking a Pool Bar & Grill Manager to join the Fairmont The Red Sea team. This luxury resort is part of the Kingdom’s groundbreaking Red Sea Project, featuring 361 rooms, eleven dining concepts, and an 18-hole golf course. You will report directly to the F&B Manager and play a key role in defining pre-opening operations for this iconic destination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the team, focusing on training, coaching, and performance management.
- Deliver personalized guest experiences that exceed expectations in a luxury environment.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor revenue, labor costs, and inventory to maintain financial targets.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide an integrated guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records using POS systems and operational software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in outlet management or F&B operations.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop staff.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and POS systems.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
