About the role
Accor is looking for a detail-oriented Payable & Payroll professional to join the finance team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will manage accounts payable operations and execute payroll processing with precision. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment authorization.
- Execute payroll cycles, covering salary calculations, deductions, and distributions.
- Reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation.
- Maintain organized payroll and accounts payable records in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure timely processing of employee and vendor payments according to schedules.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and generate financial reports.
- Stay current with Saudi Arabia payroll regulations, tax requirements, and GOSI compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll administration.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and Saudi Arabia labor laws.
- Expertise in financial reconciliation and data verification.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of GOSI requirements and local payroll compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Experience with multiple payroll systems, Middle East finance roles, or automated payment systems is preferred.
