About the role
Join the regional Chief Operating Office at Delivery Hero (Talabat) in Dubai. This full-time position focuses on driving strategic initiatives, managing business performance, and executing cross-functional projects. Responsibilities
- Business Performance: Monitor KPIs across functions and markets, identify risks early, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- OKR & Budgeting: Lead planning cycles, track performance variances, and ensure alignment between strategic priorities and financial allocations.
- Strategy & Planning: Translate vision into executable plans, lead annual strategic planning, and monitor progress on key initiatives.
- Special Projects: Manage high-stakes cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders across regional and local teams to drive execution.
- AI & Productivity: Lead AI adoption efforts to automate reporting, accelerate analysis, and improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or performance management, preferably in tech or consumer businesses.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and structured communication skills.
- Experience with financial modelling and P&L analysis is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau is strongly preferred.
