About the role
Join Hungerstation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, as a Launch Territory & Special Zones Assistant Manager in Riyadh. You will play a key role in managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners and executing special regional projects. This full-time position focuses on maintaining high service levels, optimizing supply and demand, and supporting operational efficiency across your assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- 3PL Management: Onboard new suppliers, monitor daily KPIs, and provide operational support to resolve field issues.
- Financial Coordination: Validate invoices, verify deliverables, and coordinate payment releases with the Finance team.
- Project Execution: Manage special logistics initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and track project timelines and costs.
- Change Management: Support stakeholder readiness through training and communication during process changes.
- People Management: Set performance objectives, provide feedback, and support the recruitment of key talents.
- Budgeting: Monitor operational spend and provide inputs to the budgeting process.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics, 3PL vendor management, fleet operations, or last-mile delivery.
- Proven track record in monitoring 3PL performance, supply acquisition, and fleet KPIs.
- Hands-on experience in project coordination, SLA management, and invoice verification.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
