About the role
Delivery Hero, the parent company of talabat, is seeking ambitious fresh graduates and final-year students to join a 2-month structured internship program in Bahrain. This role offers hands-on experience within a fast-paced global organization. You will work on real projects, receive active mentorship, and gain cross-functional exposure across the regional ecosystem. The program covers tracks such as People Operations, Marketing, tMart/Q-Commerce, Sales, IT & Infrastructure, and Logistics.
Responsibilities
- Own real deliverables by working on live, impactful projects within your chosen function.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with experienced professionals locally and regional teams across MENA.
- Execute day-to-day tasks to gain practical exposure to a tech-driven multinational operation.
- Participate in feedback loops and mentorship sessions to accelerate professional development.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0–1 year of professional experience.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of tasks.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
