About the role
Join the Banyan Group as a Cluster Guest Service Operator. You will serve as the welcoming voice for guests at both Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai. Your main goal is to handle calls, enquiries, and requests with warmth, accuracy, and efficiency. You will ensure guests are connected to the right support while reflecting the distinct character of each brand.
Responsibilities
- Answer internal and external calls promptly using the correct service standards for each hotel.
- Provide accurate information about facilities, dining, and local attractions.
- Record guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments for timely action.
- Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure guest needs are met.
- Handle communications for both properties, directing calls to the correct team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each hotel’s facilities, promotions, and events.
- Use telephone, property management, and guest request systems accurately.
- Protect guest information and follow data privacy procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel telephone operations, guest services, or reservations is preferred.
- Experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Opera or similar property management systems is desirable.
- Clear spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong listening skills and a warm telephone manner.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise effectively.
- Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
