About the role
Accor, a global hospitality group with over 45 brands and 5,500 hotels, is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join its Health Club team in Dubai. As a Heartist®, you will help create memorable experiences for guests and club members while contributing to the vision of responsible hospitality. This is a full-time position focused on delivering warm, professional service in a luxury setting.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist hotel guests, club members, and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
- Handle inquiries, telephone calls, and reservations for the Health Club, pool, gym, and recreational activities.
- Manage registration, verify memberships, and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Provide information about facilities, membership packages, and current promotions.
- Process payments for memberships and facility charges in line with financial procedures.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Sports & Recreation teams for smooth operations.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are met.
- Promote memberships and fitness programs to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
- Support events and special promotions while adhering to hotel policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, health club, or sports facility is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest service.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations, fitness facilities, and recreational services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation or membership management systems.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
