About the role
Delivery Hero, through its local platform HungerStation, is seeking an Associate, Product Operations to join its team in Dubai. This is an Individual Contributor (IC1) position within the Product Operations department. You will report directly to the Product Operations Manager and play a key part in optimizing the user experience and supporting core business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support senior team members with analytical tasks, research, and information gathering.
- Advise stakeholders on product usage and resolve routine requests or bugs through cross-functional coordination.
- Build and embed feedback loops from vendors into the product development cycle.
- Translate feedback data into clear formats to drive continuous product improvement.
- Support product launches by keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines and critical information.
- Test new features, updates, and bug fixes to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to product roadmaps by articulating clear problem statements based on data analysis.
- Strictly follow internal policies and procedures to ensure consistent daily operations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across processes and practices.
Requirements
- Must be an Emirati national (holding a Family Book).
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Practical understanding of API technology and API testing tools (such as Postman).
- Knowledge of XML/JSON technologies and data analysis tools.
