Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Associate Marketing professional in Manama, Bahrain. You will support the Marketing Manager in driving brand awareness and optimizing market share. This full-time role involves working with wider marketing teams to execute campaigns, manage pricing strategies, and target the right audience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing local advertising, promotional campaigns, and event management according to quarterly plans and budgets.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, creating monthly engaging activities.
- Develop a content calendar aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal occasions.
- Handle on-ground social coverage for events and activations.
- Monitor customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms within 3 hours.
- Edit user-generated and employee-generated content with basic video skills.
- Identify new social media trends to enhance brand exposure and local relevance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and skilled at prioritizing tasks.
- Passionate, creative, and eager to learn in an ambiguous environment.
