About the role
Accor is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the All Day Dining team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island in Ras Al-Khaimah. This 5-star resort features 418 rooms, six specialty dining venues, and extensive leisure facilities. In this position, you will help oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure guests receive exceptional food and beverage experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support resource planning and allocation to maintain efficient daily operations.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Food & Beverage team to foster a culture of excellence.
- Assist in managing day-to-day activities to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Supervise team members and ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor service levels and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Review guest feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor to resolve guest concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hotel or restaurant role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest experience.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume dining operations while maintaining quality.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proficiency in Russian or Arabic is preferred.
