About the role
Accor is looking for an Assistant Cluster Safety Manager to join the team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. In this full-time position, you will help ensure a safe environment for guests, employees, and visitors while protecting hotel assets. You will work closely with the Country Director of Security to oversee daily safety and security operations across two hotel properties.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Security Officers to maintain discipline and operational efficiency.
- Train team members in CCTV operations, incident reporting, and emergency response.
- Conduct regular security patrols, inspections, and operational audits.
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure security equipment is functioning correctly.
- Coordinate emergency responses for fire, medical incidents, and evacuations.
- Maintain coordination with local authorities, including Dubai Police and Civil Defence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel security, preferably in five-star or luxury hospitality in the UAE.
- Valid SIRA Security Supervisor or relevant certification.
- Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
- Certified Fire Warden / Fire Marshal training.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
