About the role
Careem is seeking an Account Manager to join the Food team in Dubai. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant partners, helping them grow and succeed on the Careem platform. This position plays a key part in optimizing partner performance and driving strategic initiatives that benefit both Careem and its partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners to ensure high satisfaction and strong relationships.
- Drive partner performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Identify and resolve partner concerns quickly to maintain a high-quality experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the onboarding and training of new partners.
- Advocate for partner needs internally to drive platform improvements.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F&B.
- Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
