About the role
Join Hungerstation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, as a 3PL Territory Lead based in Jeddah. You will oversee third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure efficient delivery operations across the western region. This full-time role involves managing supplier relationships, driving operational performance, and leading change initiatives within the team.
Responsibilities
- 3PL Management: Acquire new logistics partners, monitor KPIs, support operational issues, and manage invoice payments.
- Operations: Balance supply and demand, analyze future needs, and optimize service level agreements (SLAs).
- Change Management: Prepare stakeholders for changes through training and communication to maintain morale and culture.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build strong internal and external relationships and act as a representative for local and international partners.
- Projects & Governance: Lead project teams to meet cost, timeline, and quality targets while ensuring compliance with policies and ethical standards.
- People Management: Recruit talent, set performance objectives, and foster a high-performance work environment.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of logistics or relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong skills in data analytics, reporting, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Experience in project management and critical thinking.
