About the role
Extramileage Consults Limited is recruiting a Guest Reservation Agent for an exclusive fine-dining restaurant located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The position is full-time, requiring a schedule of 6 days a week from 8am to 6pm. The starting salary ranges from N200,000 to N250,000 monthly, and the role includes feeding four times a week. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
Responsibilities
Manage guest reservations and ensure excellent communication with customers. Maintain pleasant mannerisms and handle inquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Computer literacy is mandatory
- Minimum of a National Diploma
- Excellent command of English
- Exceptional communication skills and pleasant mannerisms
