About the role
Reftop Homes is a trusted Nigerian brand focused on innovative real estate and property development. We are looking for a skilled Intermediate Graphic Designer to join our team in Sangotedo, Lagos. In this full-time, onsite position, you will transform property features and market data into premium visual stories that appeal to local buyers and the Nigerian Diaspora.
Responsibilities
- Create high-converting graphic assets for Instagram, Facebook, and Google ads to attract real estate buyers and investors.
- Translate marketing content into clean, engaging infographics.
- Design premium digital brochures, catalog booklets, proposal documents, and pitch decks for various land and housing developments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer.
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or Figma for digital layouts).
- A sharp eye for corporate and luxury branding to make property portfolios look premium and credible.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with sales and marketing teams under tight deadlines.
- Real estate or corporate agency background is a major plus.
