About the role
DreamCity Property & Investment Limited is seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer to join their team in Lekki, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on creating visual narratives that elevate the company’s brands across real estate, financial, and hospitality sectors. You will translate complex investment concepts into compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize graphics for print, web, mobile, and social media.
- Create branding assets and UI graphics for fintech and hospitality ventures.
- Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, site plans, and digital ads.
- Develop visual materials for REIT investment listings, fund presentations, and investor reports.
- Maintain a digital library of assets and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and investment teams to meet project objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and typography skills.
- Relevant professional certification is advantageous.
